Privacy Policy

Ayasumar Gym & Fitness (“we”, “us”) operates the Ayasumar Gym mobile app and member web portal. This policy explains what personal information we collect from members, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to both the Android app and the web portal.

Other members can see your name, profile photo, bio and Instagram handle, and any message you send in the community channel or directly to them.

Other members cannot see your email address, phone number, age, emergency contact, membership details or check-in history. These are visible only to you and to authorised gym staff.

We use it to run your membership: to let you sign in, check in at the gym, see how long your plan has left, message other members, and receive notifications about your membership. We use it for no other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

Your data is stored with Supabase, which provides our database, authentication and file storage. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Our apps are hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Account and membership records are kept for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards, so your history is available if you rejoin. Chat messages are deleted automatically after three days. If you delete your account, your profile, photo and personal details are removed.

Every optional field above can be left blank or cleared at any time from your profile. You can remove your profile photo whenever you like, and you can turn off push notifications in your device settings.

To request a copy of your data, correct something, or delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below and we will action it.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access rules, so members can only read the records they are entitled to. Staff-only information is restricted to authorised accounts.

The app is intended for gym members. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
